Casa da Lara

Casa da Lara (Lara's House) is the house of a young Argentine lady, Mara, who is the mother of Lara, a beautiful little girl born in 2006. Near to the beach and to Broadway, this little inn will be a perfect choice also for those who love kite surf, because Mara owns a dune buggy and can offer a transfer to the river's mouth (that is one of the best spots in the world to practice this amazing sport) as an extra service. Mara is building, separated to the main house, 8 new apartments that will be ready at the end of 2010.

At Casa da Lara you will enjoy a good swimming pool located in a large lawn area; Kitesurfers will enjoy some services specific for them, as a good area to open, wash and store their equipment; buggy transfer to the main kite spots; kitesurf courses.

Late check out policy:
A late checkout request has to be discussed with management, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Policy on children staying with parents:

• One child between 0 to 5 years can stay free in their parents' room
• A third person (children above 5 years included) in the same room will pay a supplement of 30% for each extra bed, calculated based on the double daily rate

Cancellation Policy:

• For cancellations made 30 to 15 days before the arrival date, 30% of the value of the reservation will be retained
• For cancellations made less than 15 days before the arrival date, 100% of the value of the reservation will be retained
