Pickup info: The driver or the guide will receive the guests at Airport Arrival area and will display the passengers' names on a sign board.

Cancellation policy

If a cancellation is done 48 hours prior to the service scheduled, only a 10% tax will be retained. In case of cancellation done less than 48 hours before the service, 100% of the total service value will be retained.

Children policy

1 child from 0 to 2 years old accompanied by 2 adults is free.

The second child or the children from 2 to 12 years old will have a discount of 10% on the rate quoted.

All the vehicles supplied with this service are in perfect condition, with air conditioning and professional drivers. A guide is optional and bilingual guides are available.

The Transfer Service is available, as well, from and to any other destination in Ceará State or in each one of the Brazil's Northeastern States: on request, all services will be quoted in a short time, through an e-mail or a skype contact.

Participant guidelines

Rates net in Reals per person with 1 baggage with a maximum of 20Kg with the overall dimensions of 157 cm (sum of the three outside dimensions of the volume) and 1 hand luggage with no more than 5Kg, with overall dimensions of 115 cm (sum of the three external dimensions of volume).

If the client has extra baggage standards (Ex: material for kite surfing, board surfing, large musical instruments, etc.) or with excess weight, the value will be recalculated depending on the volume and / or weight of luggage.

The vehicles will be supplied with adequate capacity for the quantity of baggage specified.
