Spiritual Destination - Fly Tent

Fly Tent, or Tenda do Fly as it is known in Portuguese, was born as a vegetarian restaurant, on the "falesias", the red cliffs of Canoa Quebrada, in the preserved area of the native community called "Estévão". Later on it was transformed into a holistic space, where people can wind down, sip tea brewed from indigenous herbs and relax.

The tour consists of a guided walk along the beach, from Canoa Quebrada to the "Estévão Community", a brief swim into the ocean and then a climb up the falesia to Tenda do Fly Restaurant. Here you will be served a drink of a special blend of fruits of the day, followed by 40 minutes of yoga, relaxation and meditation. A vegetarian lunch will then be served, accompanied by a fresh herbal tea. To end the tour we will walk through the "Native Community" and wait for sunset up in the dunes.

A 1500-metre walk along the beach in front of the Canoa Quebrada Village, with a stop in the Tenda do Fly; and then another 1000 metres to the top of the Sun Set Dune and return back to your Inn.
