Pousada Luaestrela

Built in 1999, renovated and refurbished in 2008, Luaestrela is a good choice for people who want to stay in a homey structure. The rooms are comfortable, equipped with standard amenties, and very affordable. The inn is near the beach and just a few steps from the middle of Broadway.

Luaestrela has a wonderful sea view from its restaurant where only breakfast is served. There is a small round pool with a deck and a little bar adjacent to it.

Late check out policy:

- A late checkout request has to be discussed with management, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Policy on children staying with parents:

- One child in the age group of 2 to 4 years can stay free in the parents' room, while a second child in the same age group will pay a supplement of R$ 30,00 for an extra bed.

- Every child from 5 to 11 years old staying in their parents' room will pay a supplement of R$ 30,00 for an extra bed.

- A third or fourth person (children 12 years and above included) in the same room will each pay a supplement of R$ 30,00 for an extra bed.

- If the third person is accommodated on a mattress put directly on the floor, the supplement will be only R$ 25,00.

 

Cancellation Policy:

- For cancellations made 30 to 15 days before the arrival date, 30% of the value of the reservation will be retained.

- For cancellations made 14 to 0 days before the arrival date, 100% of the value of the reservation will be retained.
