Late check out policy:

- A late checkout request has to be discussed with management, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Policy on children staying with parents:
One child in the age group of 2 to 4 years can stay free in the parents' room, while a second child in the same age group will pay a supplement of R$ 30,00 for an extra bed.

- Every child from 5 to 11 years old staying in their parents' room will pay a supplement of R$ 30,00 for an extra bed.

- A third or fourth person (children 12 years and above included) in the same room will each pay a supplement of R$ 30,00 for an extra bed.

Cancellation Policy:

- For cancellations made 30 to 15 days before the arrival date, 30% of the value of the reservation will be retained.

- For cancellations made 14 to 0 days before the arrival date, 100% of the value of the reservation will be retained.
