Cancellation Policy:
- For cancellations made 30 to 15 days before the arrival date, 30% of the value of the reservation will be retained.

- For cancellations made 14 to 0 days before the arrival date, 100% of the value of the reservation will be retained.

Late check-out policy:

- A late checkout request has to be discussed with management, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.


Children policy:

- One child from 0 to 2 years old stays free in the parents' room, while a second child in the same age group will pay a supplement of 20% of the rate of the double room.

- One child from 3 to 4 years stays free in the parents' room, while a second child in the same age group will pay a supplement of 25% of the rate of the double room.

- Every child from 5 to 11 years old in the parents' room will pay a supplement of 25% of the rate of the double room.

- A third or fourth person (children above 12 years included) in the same room will pay a supplement of 25% of the rate of the double room.
