Pousada Iguana

Pousada Iguana is a new Inn that opened in 2008. Its most important characteristic is that it offers to its guests a standard that is as good as Canoa Quebrada's mid range quality Inns, at the price of a budget Inn.

In fact, Pousada Iguana is well furnished, both in its common areas and in its 12 apartments, where you can find everything you need for a very comfortable and quiet stay.

At Pousada Iguana, a tropical garden with comfortable armchairs, hammocks, swimming pool, tables and chairs are at the guests' disposal, as well as a TV room and a great hall with sofas, more armchairs and tables with chairs, giving the guests a warm and homely feeling in all the common areas, both inside and out doors. The Iguana Inn has wireless Internet access offered free of charge to the guests, and table games. There is no restaurant service, but a delivery service for some dishes prepared in the Cafá Habana Restaurant located in Broadway is available on request.

A bar will be built near to the swimming pool before the end of 2009, so at the moment the only service available is the generous breakfast served in the main hall.

- A late checkout request has to be discussed with management, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

- For cancellations made 30 to 15 days before the arrival date, 30% of the value of the reservation will be retained.

- For cancellations made less than 15 days before the arrival date, 100% of the value of the reservation will be retained.
